* 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card accepted. Non-cash transactions will incur a fee. No personal checks.
* "𝐀𝐬 𝐈𝐬": All items are sold "as is" with no returns, refunds, or guarantees. They have not been tested. Please inspect carefully before purchasing.
* 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲: You are entering the property at your own risk. Please exercise caution when navigating the property, especially on stairs and uneven floors.
* 𝐍𝐨 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬: Food and drinks are not permitted inside the home.
* 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠: Prices are not disclosed online. All items are individually priced and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
