Contents of a 5' x 10' storage unit being sold by the storage facility owner. Items include a wide assortment of vintage & modern trading cards, including but not limited to: Hockey, MLB, NBA, Pokemon, Marvel, Wrestling, and other miscellaneous cards. Both opened and sealed boxes are included, with a small number of cards graded by PSA. Additional items include a computer graphics card, Nike and Converse sneakers, Disney figurines, Vivi porcelain figures, and various fine art pieces. The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown/not tested. The authenticity of items have not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. Items are located in Wappingers Falls, NY.Payment is due by Thursday, February 19 at 1PM.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup must be completed by Sunday, February 22 at 5PM.**Pickup note: Buyers assume all risk & are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, February 22 at 5pm. Any dumpster on the premises is for storage facility use only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, February 22 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. The storage facility gate access closes at 10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the unit & the gate access code must be picked up by Friday, February 20 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.All lots sold as is, where is.
