This is the first of many estate sales we will be having over the next month, beginning Saturday May 2, 2026. It will be held at 5652 S. Florence St. Greenwood Village CO 80111 from 10am to 5pm or later. It is an upscale house in an upscale neighborhood, and will feature mostly upscale items that came from previous estate liquidations and our vintage store in Denver. To begin with, there will be no furniture yet, but several thousand pieces of clothing, shoes and purses, mostly women's, and some men's higher end clothing in mostly all major name brands. We will also have 2 rooms filled with about 200 pieces of fine art pieces, from $10 up into the thousands for signed, original and antique art. We will also be featuring numerous contractor-replated items, such as leftover building materials and supplies such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hardware, some tools, reconditioned high end appliances, both gas and electric, lots of brand new sinks of every type, style and color, plusautomotive items, sporting & outdoors items, and many general household items and vintage things. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms filled with gently used mattresses & box springs in every size. The house will be renovated, so even things like cabinets, granite countertops, and the entire cherry & Corian kitchen will be for sale including the high end appliances. There will be something for everyone. And yes the house itself will be for sale, just not yet as we will be renovating it, so if you are interested we can custom finish it for you. And I am a licensed Real Estate Broker, so will be handling the listing myself, so please no solicitations.
