Mark your calendars and come treasure hunting in our neighborhood! We’re hosting our Annual Spring Garage Sale on Saturday & Sunday, April 11–12, from 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.

🏡 Lots of neighbors are participating throughout the community on both sides — Hilltop & South Fork — so there’s plenty to see and shop! Just look for the signs at the entrances to guide you in.

🌭 Food Truck Stop!
Taking place Saturday from 10:30 AM–12:00 PM, we’ll have two food trucks parked at our new South Fork dog park. Grab a bite, take a break, and fuel up before heading to the next house!

Whether you’re hunting for bargains, unique finds, or just enjoying a sunny spring stroll through the neighborhood, we’d love to see you there.
