So this is a beautiful home located just passedthe high school in Spanish Springs. The diversity of things in this home is wonderful. The owners moved into a new home and left some great things. So many great things that we will be auction off some of the nicer pieces at the same time the estate sale is happening. All the auction items have been catalogued and photographed and the auction will be running concurrently and you can preview these items while you are at the estate sale. This house has tools, great decor, a lot oof quality women's clothing, a great array of everyday thins, and we even have some vehicles to sell as well. We even added some other things we acquired this week from other house. Vintage albums, some hydroponic grow system, and a couple other random things. Sale will start promptly at 9:00am on Friday the 10th as well as Saturday the 11th. There is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. We ask that you do not block any driveways and please respect the neighbors. Early birds can line up at the gate on the right side of the driveway. There will be a sign up sheet out around 8:00am. The majority of the items are in a separate garage so we will be able to get a lot of people in at once. Temperatures are going to be high this weekend so be prepared. Bring some water and dress for heat.
