House will be coming on the market around beginning of September! Please do not arrive more than one hour prior to the event start time. Do not park in the driveway, park along the side of the road. There will be cones blocking the driveway, do not move them.Driveway is reserved for family at the sale and loading! Do not park in the grass either!Entrance will be at the front door, pay table will be outside the back door. Only 15-20 people will be allowed in the house at any given time. If something is labeled not for sale, we do truly mean it’s not for sale! There will be a limited number of boxes/bags and packing materials for you to pack your items by the pay table If There will also be minimal assistance to disassemble furniture and carrying. Please bring help and a means to transport! Will accept cash (preferred), Venmo or Apple Pay! We will not be accepting any returns so inspect your items carefully before purchasing! Availability in photos is subject if something sells prior to the sale that has already previously been posted. If you have any questions, please ask!
