We have another GEM of a sale for you all in midtown Tulsa. This contemporary home is beautifully decorated & furnished & its all for sale! We have a great mix of items available and if you like the mid-century modern style, then this is the sale for you!

FRIDAY JULY 24 ................9AM - 4PM
SATURDAY JULY 25 ......... 9AM - 4PM

The home is located near 31st & Yale.

PARKING:
The home is located in a residential neighborhood right off Yale & there should be plenty of parking in the street & only a short walk to the home. As always, we ask that you do not park in front of driveways & mailboxes & be courteous of neighbors. Also, please do not park in the driveway as that will be used for picking up large purchases.

PAYMENTS:
Cash is highly preferred but we also accept Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal & Credit/Debit Cards (fees apply). Please bring documentation if tax exempt.

ITEMS INCLUDED IN SALE:
This sale has a lot of very well taken care items including MCM furniture & decor; Swung vases; vintage games & action figures; electronics; records & other media items; vintage & premium clothing; camping & fishing supplies; large selection of hand & power tools; vintage tupperware; nice selection of purses; costume jewelry; books & puzzles; patio furniture; appliances including a large upright freezer & frontload washer & dryer; a Weber grill & a Saris Bike rack & SO much more.

OTHER REMINDERS:
Large bags, backpacks & large purses will not be allowed. We will have small shopping baskets for your convenience.

We are working on final prep for this sale this week so unfortunately we will be unable to answer any pricing questions at this time.
