EM Estate Services, LLC invites you to join us for our final estate sale for 2025. We're doing things a little differently this time. This sale will be held at an offsite location (not in a house), giving us the space to bring together a fantastic mix of pieces from multiple estates. Come check out the furniture, décor, collectibles, and unique one-of-a-kind finds!

*** Line numbers will be available Friday only at 9:00 am. Entry will be in numeric order when the doors open on Friday ***. Numbers are not necessary after opening on Friday.

Additional info on finding the location: While traveling on Main Street, turn RIGHT at the traffic light at Tyre Ave (just before Grain). The sale is inside the left rear building - we are in the space that has mosaic glass around the windows. Look for our signs at the entry door. There is ample parking available throughout the shopping center.

* 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Plenty of onsite parking is available.
* 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩: Bring assistance to carry larger items. All sales are final; no holds. All items must be removed by 2:00 pm on Sunday, with no exceptions.
* 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card accepted. Non-cash transactions will incur a fee. No personal checks.
* "𝐀𝐬 𝐈𝐬": All items are sold "as is" with no returns, refunds, or guarantees. They have not been tested. Please inspect carefully before purchasing.
* 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲: You are entering the property at your own risk. Please exercise caution when navigating the property, especially on stairs and uneven floors.
* 𝐍𝐨 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬: Food and drinks are not permitted inside the home.
