SPECIAL NOTE: Follow the signs to both halves to our neighborhood! There is a NORTH and SOUTH side to this community and they DO NOT connect. NORTH side access is off Beaver Run Boulevard (near Walmart Super-Center) and SOUTH side access is off Coventry Road (behind Aldi grocery store). Both sections can be accessed off of Route 17 bypass via Coventry Road. Our past community yard sales have been very busy and we have a lot of new homeowners with items to sell. Rain date is the next day (Sunday). Sale hours are 8 AM until 4 PM. NO EARLY BIRDS please.
