This is the big one you've been waiting for! JULY 25-26, 2026. Approx 100 homes typically participate, many with multiple sellers! Everything under the sun: antiques, collectibles, furniture, electronics, toys, tools, clothing, jewelry & household items, etc. If you want it, we got it! Come early, our famous egg rolls sell out fast! Free maps available at several locations in tract and food & drinks are typically available to purchase. Parking will be scarce so park outside tract where allowed. Do NOT double-park or block driveways. Enter off El Toro Rd at Serrano or Toledo (look for our banners). Also back entrance at Trabuco & Cherry. Sat morning is best day/time, Sun will be slow. Start times vary per seller. Bring small $bills & your own bags. Shoppers even come from out-of-state for this! "Better than a swap meet!"
