This event promises a treasure trove of upscale finds, including: • Women’s clothing in sizes small, medium, and large • Gucci handbags • A vast selection of soft and hardcover books • Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware furniture • Christmas decorations • Kitchen items • An array of home décor and wall art • And so much more! Sale Schedule: • Thursday: 3 PM - 6 PM • Friday: Closed • Saturday: 9 AM - 3 PM • Sunday: 10 AM - 2 PM Feel free to start a list if you’re the first person at the property, but please remember that you are responsible for maintaining it. Attic to Basement does not provide lists or numbers. If you start a list, it’s your responsibility; we cannot intervene in issues related to stolen or removed lists. Delivery Services: Delivery is available for a fee. Please ensure you’re home during your scheduled delivery time, as there will not be a second delivery attempt, and refunds will not be issued for items purchased. Important Reminders: • Keep an eye on your own items; our goal is to run a safe and successful estate sale. We are not responsible for missing items left in the hold pile, although we encourage you to use it. It might be a good idea to bring a friend to help watch your selections while you continue shopping. • Attic to Basement cannot assist with items over 15 pounds, so please bring sufficient help. • We’re happy to assist with carrying items to your car when we’re available.
