House #1 was the family home to the two sisters. When their parents passed away, they each remained in both houses with their spouses. The grandparents lived in house #2. The homes are nestled on a country road, across the street from each other. House #1 is for sale and it sits on a nice piece of property with a lake in the back with a huge yard. The layout of this home is so unique. Their father built it in the 70's with a mid-century vibe.
