Thank you for visiting our latest online sale hosted from our office in Mantua!This multi-consignorauction comes to us largely from the liquidation of the estate of award-winning, Philadelphia-based artist Jerry DiFalco. DiFalco was a prolific artist and printmaker, and this sale features many of is original works as well as signed prints - both framed and unframed. You'll also find wors by other artists, including an original etching by Pablo Picasso, plus additional items like jewelry and home decor pieces. "Born and raised in Camden, N.J., he lived in San Diego, New York City and Madrid, Spain before moving to Philadelphia. In 2009 (DiFalco) began working at the Fleisher Art Memorial as a printshop monitor and artists’ mentor. Earning a BFA from Rutgers and a MS from Drexel, he was inspired by a wide range of disciplines: architecture, history, religion, folklore, ancient culture, mysticism, archaeology, the cinema and mythology. His work invited the viewer to see beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary via scenes and objects from day-to-day experience.
