The agent just informed me that the house is scheduled to be painted on Monday, which means this estate must be liquidated this weekend. I know it is short notice — but I also know we can do it. This is one of those fast-moving estate situations where everything has to happen quickly. The home is jam-packed, and we will be opening it up for buyers this weekend.
