Pickup note: Buyers assume all risk & are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, May 10 at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Any dumpster of the property is for use by the storage facility only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, May 10 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300.
