The authenticity of items have not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. Items are located in Elmsford, NY.Payment is due by Thursday, May 14 at 1PM.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup must be completed by Sunday, May 17 at 3PM. **Pickup note: Buyers assume all risk & are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, May 17 at 3pm. Access hours are Monday through Saturday. 9AM - 6PM & Sunday. 11AM - 4PM. Entrance gate automatically closes 15 minutes prior to closing hour. Any dumpster on the property is for use by the storage facility only, not by the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, May 17 at 3PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The combination to the lock on the unit & any access code will be supplied after the invoice has been paid.All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 18% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased.
