Description:

Oakland… something cool is taking shape at the historic Cotton Mill district. This Saturday, Kitsch Queens Collective officially opens inside a creatively converted storage container at 1000 Cotton Street — bringing together four women-owned brands with a shared love of vintage, design, collectibles, fashion, and really good finds. Think vintage marketplace meets curated secondhand lifestyle shop — with rotating collections, unexpected treasures, and the kind of pieces that make people ask, “Wait… where did you get that?” What We'll be Bringing: 1940s–Y2K clothing, upcycled denim, our jean bar, vintage jewelry, accessories, art, MCM, barware, ephemera, toys, mantiques, home décor, Kitchenware, vinyl, antiques, collectibles, and a few designer gems mixed into the hunt. Whether you’re a collector, vintage enthusiast, interior decorator, sustainability lover, creative, first-apartment shopper, or just someone who appreciates cool old things with personality… this space is for you. This is the pilot launch of what we hope grows into an evolving vintage collective for Oakland — with themed events, outdoor setups, music, collaborations, rotating inventory, and future popups featuring additional vintage vendors and creative small businesses joining the mix over time. Come browse, treasure hunt, hang out, meet the brands, and support small businesses creating something different together. Food, drinks, music, vintage treasures, and good people included.
