Golden Bear Estate Liquidation presents on site estate sale in Piedmont. Saturday Dec 13th, 9am-4pm & Sunday Dec 14th, 10am-1pm (unless sold out). Address to be released at 6am on Saturday. House is located in Piedmont. No other hints will be given out. We will let in 15 people to start, and then 1 out, 1 in. (I hope to increase this overall number as the day progresses). Please note: There are 16 steps up to the main house. There is also another floor with stairs. If mobility up and down stairs is an issue this may not be the sale for you.
