The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, March 1 at 8PM. Any dumpster on the premises is for storage facility use only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, March 1 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
