The Swannanoa Community Yard Sale will return on Saturday, May 30th, from 8 am - 1 pm at the Kearfott Corporation Parking Lot, 2858 US 70.

With 200+ seller spots, this is the area’s largest yard sale event. Shoppers will find a huge variety of items—everything from household goods, furniture, tools, and clothing to books, toys, antiques, and one-of-a-kind treasures. Whether you’re looking to sell some stuff or score some bargains, the Swannanoa Community Yard Sale is the place to be.

Beyond the great deals, the yard sale is a chance to connect with friends and neighbors, enjoy the community atmosphere, and support a good cause. Proceeds from seller spaces help fund the work of Friends and Neighbors of Swannanoa (FANS), an all-volunteer nonprofit organization serving the Swannanoa community.

All spots are currently sold out. The sale will take place rain or shine.
