The 2010 KIA Forte lot listed in this catalog is from the living estate of Doug Watson and is being offered by Sterling Transitions Inc. as agent for consignor(s) subject to the following terms and conditions. By bidding at the auction you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale. The automobile is sold subject to POA approval of highest bid. PREVIEW IN PERSON: By appointment Tuesday, June 2nd, from 9am-11am Please call 828-338-8448 or email auctions@sterlingtransitions.com for a time 24 hours prior to the preview date. We can not always accommodate last minute preview appointment requests. ONLINE BIDDING: Bids are accepted online starting at 6am on Friday May 29th. Lot will close at 7:00pm on Wednesday, June 3rd. Individual closings will be extended 5 minutes when a new bid comes in within 5 minutes of lot closing. Final winner bids by approval of POA for Doug Watson.. IN PERSON PICK UP: Upon POA approval winner may pick up within one week of close of Auction. Sterling Transitions will assist in transfer of titles and provide a Bill of Sale. No shipping available. PAYMENT INFO: You will receive an EMAIL with an attached invoice and payment instructions from Sterling Transitions Inc after the close of the auction. A 10% buyers premium is added to the final approved bid. Cash, certified check, or money order are only payment options and must paid at time of pick up or you forfeit the car and it will go to the next highest bidder. No refunds.
