Sign up sheet will be put out on Wednesday 5/27/26 at 8 am for a 9am start which will be located near the GARAGE DOOR clearly marked that it is “Your Estate Services”.... Thank you! For those of you who do not know what the sign up sheet is.... this will have a number associated next to your name and will be called in order to enter the sale with regard to how many people can comfortably and manage-ably fit in at a time. Please sign per person- NOT Per Group! Thank you for your understanding in advance!

NOTES: Must come to sale for ALL PRICE INQUIRIES! No pre-sale on advertised items, sorry! All items are sold as is where is with no implied warranty, not responsible for accidents. There are large items; YOU are responsible to bring your own man power to help assist in removing large items and we will assist too when applicable and as time allows. No public restrooms so please plan accordingly. Parking will be tight as it’s along the lake- please remember to leave space between vehicles AND MAILBOXES and do not block anyone’s driveway!

FYI- Sprinkle Rd is closed, there is also lot of construction going on East Shore Drive for the trail.... so parking and traffic shall be interesting but we will do our best, right?!!!!
