Contents include lots of antique wooden furniture, tables, chairs, dressers, jewelry cabinets etc., collectible "AnnaleeDolls", dental education books, treadmill, Ryobi pressure washer, Christmas knickknacks, purses, small electric bike, paintings, old signage, sewing machine, chinaware, some Pokemon cards plus much more. The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. The authenticity of items have not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. Items are located in Rock Tavern, NY.Payment is due by Wednesday, July 1 at 1PM.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup must be completed by Sunday, July 5 at 5PM.** Pickup note: Buyers assume all risk & are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, July 5 at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Any dumpsters/garbage receptacles on the property is for use by the storage facility only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, July 5 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $150. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the lock on the unit must be picked up by Thursday, July 2 at 3PM at the Absolute Auction Center in Pleasant Valley, NY. **NOTE: We are closed on Friday, July 3 for the Independence Day Holiday.All lots sold as is, where is.
