Clear see-through bags will be permitted.** **BRING HELP. ** HTG DOES NOT MOVE FURNITURE. Please bring help when purchasing large items. BRING YOUR OWN PACKING SUPPLIES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns, exchanges or refunds. No exceptions. HTG accepts cash, local checks with ID and credit cards with a 3% fee. PARKING-Estate is located in a development with no street parking. There are parking spots throughout the development. ONLY PARK IN DESIGNATED AREAS. Driveway is for loading big items only.
