We have items from multi families. Will be selling the house soon once we clear out enough! The sale is under a covered carport and inside. We have furniture some of which are antiques. Twin bed with mattress and linens, dressers, side tables, floor and table lamps, cuisinart toaster oven, framed art, glass for table tops, china including wine and water glasses, iitala glass mugs, various serving pieces, china, blue and white items.
We have assorted toys for kids including remote control monster truck, cars, books, infant tub, weighted blanket for kids,
We have saws, post hole digger, electric shearer, among other various tools.
We have Christmas decor, picture frames, books, cds, dvd, vhs & albums. We have clothes, storage bins, tiki torches, 150w power inverter. We even have iPhone 17 and iPhone 17Pro cases. I’m sure there are things I’ve forgotten so come by and see if you can find something you need or want!

We also have hand blown glass birds by Toikka. These are listed with eBay but thought we’d try and see if people are interested. They have original boxes and start at $125 and go up to $800.

We also have a wedding dress that was originally 2500 from Pearls Place. It had bell sleeves and v neck. I describe as boho. It was professionally cleaned and can be tried on with me in room. It’s listed for $500 firm.

Lastly we have “Brainrich Climbing Gym” with rope ladder, trapeze, gym rings and rope ladder attachments. Original price was $1200. It attaches to ceiling and is quite sturdy. It’s in like new condition and is $300. Has all hardware, tools and instructions that it came with.
