Description:

This is a large community that is having the multi family yard sale. Expect the unexpected. There will be the usual household items, tools, furniture and if it is like previous years there should be some antiques and collectibles as well. This is a once-a-year yard sale for the entire community. The sale will run from 8am to noon and the gates will be open at 8am. Best to enter the gate on 42nd Street. The other gate on 40th St. may or may not be open.
