I recently sold my house. The sale closes on June 1st so I need to move by then. I'm moving to a much smaller home so I must downsize another. Selling both New and Used items. From Toys to Televisions and Tools. Gun and ammunition boxes couches tables lamps Home stereo and DVD player. Too much stuff to mention. This Sale will start this Wednesday May 27th at approximately 9 am till 5 pm and continue till my house is empty. The buyer will be tearing out walls and throwing out things such as ceiling fans w lights A water heater that was just replaced in December of 2025 at the cost of $3984. as well as a water filtration system by H20 concepts. At a cost of approximately $4000 I'm asking $300 for w heater and $300 for filtration system. Or $500 for both of them. Ceiling fans I'll take $40 each But you will need to take them down.
