Single-family fashion-forward Spring sale, I’m selling many of my well-taken-care-of fancy dress-up clothes and costumes in Women’s sizes 12-26 as well as chic shoes, costume jewelry, hats, purses, and other accessories. Ladies’ casual/workwear (jeans, shirts, sweaters, yoga pants, sets, socks), very clean shapewear (always worn as 2nd layer), as well as Men’s new and used basics sizes L-3x (tees, jeans, button up shirts). One-of-a-kind household items and a cool assortment of almost-good items suitable for fixing up or using in art projects (bikes, musical instruments, toys). No kid or baby stuff.
Please note there are no public restrooms or changing rooms, so if you want to try things on please wear a suitable base for trying on items on top of.
Free street parking on S. Grand just south of Flora, or on Russell Blvd less than a block away. Follow signs to the gate entrance on S. Grand. No early birds!!! Cash or Venmo accepted.
