Join us for our first sale of 2026. We’ve moved the contents of two exquisite estates to an off-site location in Newark, DE (It's the same location as our last sale, but with all new stuff). *** Line numbers will be available on Friday only at 7:00 am. (We are putting them out earlier than normal due to the cold). Entry will be in numeric order when the doors open on Friday. Numbers are not needed any time after our initial opening on Friday. ***

Additional info on finding the location: While traveling on Main Street, turn RIGHT at the traffic light at Tyre Ave (just before Grain). The sale is inside the left rear building - we are in the space that has mosaic glass around the windows. Look for our signs at the entry door.

Weather: we are closely watching the weather for this weekend. If snowmaggeddon falls on Newark and we feel the need to close on Sunday, our snow make-up day will be Saturday, Jan 31. Keep an eye the Facebook page for EM Estate Services, LLC for any weather-related updates.

* 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card accepted. Non-cash transactions will incur a fee. No personal checks.
* "𝐀𝐬 𝐈𝐬": All items are sold "as is" with no returns, refunds, or guarantees. They have not been tested. Please inspect carefully before purchasing.
* 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲: You are entering the property at your own risk. Please exercise caution when navigating the property, especially on stairs and uneven floors.
* 𝐍𝐨 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬: Food and drinks are not permitted inside the home.
