We are having TWO estate sales this coming weeken, both in SAN JOSE AND THREE (3) mintues apart from each other.

You will be lining up at the FRONT DOOR.

We have HOLD BOXES for your shopping convenience.
Please do not take anything out of the box if it is not your HOLD BOX. When caught you will be escorted out.
Parents, please be responsible for your small children.
For a safer and tidier environment at the Sale, please follow our signs.
Example: Please do not open packages, cabinets, doors that are marked private.
If you are caught removing tags or changing prices, you will be escorted out and the Police will be called.
All merchandise is sold AS IS and nonrefundable.
We are not able to give out prices before the estate sale or early previews.
Customers will be responsible for removal of furniture items purchased.
Please bring your own boxes, bags and wrapping paper for your purchases.
