Cute Capitola cottage arranged so neatly the cool older gal who owned the home was into some metaphysical, feng shui, loved gardening, an avid reader, painter/artist her items speak of simplicity though thoughtfully p[aced we have shelves and shelvesand shelves of books- sci fi, series books, pyscology books, novels, art books, history books, metaphysical books, childrens books, several boxes of records, a few cassettes and cds two racks of good quality clothing, purchased from LL Bean, Lands End, other misc quality vendors mostly petite medium, a suede and 2 wool jackets one long, one pea coat length, some cashmere sweaters, some size 8-8-1/2 womens shoes-no mens clothes, quite a few hats, light on accessories- ie: belts etc a mission style bed end bench,sweet simple desk with a neat antique barrel chair,farmhouse trunk/chest, cute vintage shelf, antique sewing/yarn chest, side table and ottoman highly carved wood- just lovely, vintage buffet, several bookshelves of varying sizes, a round pine dining table with one leaf, several mismated antique chairs, a vinyl mission style recliner, a sturdy shabby white desk with side popup leaf, lamps several for tables and several floor lamps, miscellaneous small tables and nice sturdy small vintage cabinet, a sturdy vintage rocking chair full size, art includes a few simple prints, and a lot of art done by the homeowner. Art supplies, including quite a few blank canvases, and one large roll of canvas to paint on a flower press kit A lot of miscellaneous kitchen, silverware by fiesta, a few random fiesta pieces, one large-extra large Roseville mixing bowl, a small china set, a good quantity of modern cast iron cook pans the garden features a garden table created from an antiqueSinger sewing cast iron base, two garden chairs, a half round cement bench, a lot of plants small medium and large, a few cement statues, many plant stands, empty planting pots, several galvanized garbage cans, a nice wood bench, othermiscellaneous garden lots of garage items, including a long extension ladder, misc garden tools, wires, a blower still in box, a slide projector, car cover many misc items even an old screen door a bit of free leftover paint
