SCOTTS MILLS ESTATE SALE — PHASE 1 & PHASE 2 OPEN TOGETHER The Museum Opens + Tons Left From Phase 1 Phase 1 had an incredible turnout, and even with the huge crowds, there is still a large amount of high-quality inventory remaining in the house, shop, and yard. Now we are opening Phase 2 at the same time — including the family’s private museum and additional items never before offered. This is a combined, full-property event. Everything from Phase 1 remains open, and all of Phase 2 is now available. PHASE 1 (STILL OPEN & FULL): Entire house Shop Yard & outdoor areas Tools, equipment, furniture, décor, collectibles, and hundreds of untouched items Many great pieces still available from the first round PHASE 2 (NOW OPEN): THE MUSEUM The family’s private museum is now open to the public for the first time, featuring: West African ceremonial masks Amazonian headdresses Indonesian, Asian, and African cultural artifacts Hand-carved cultural pieces and travel collections Extensive taxidermy collection, including a former world-record water buffalo displayed at BYU Dummy/training munitions, grenades, and military display items Oddities, curiosities, and rare one-of-a-kind pieces Additional items from the home, shop, and outdoor areas have also been added with Phase 2. BID-ONLY ITEMS (Bidding Ends on Final Day): Northern Exposure Trebuchet Deuce and a Half Military Truck ROKON Trailbreaker These items will be on-site for preview during the sale. MUSEUM ENTRY & LINE MANAGEMENT To protect the collection and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience, the Museum will have controlled entry with a numbered system. How it works: Numbers handed out starting at 8:00 AM (staff onsite) Gates open at 8:30 AM Shoppers will be admitted to the Museum in small groups as their number is called Groups will rotate to keep the flow steady and fair While you wait: We will offer complimentary coffee and pastries for early arrivals. Accessibility Note: The Museum is accessed by a well-manicured outdoor trail, but the path may be challenging for those with mobility limitations and is not wheelchair accessible. Please plan accordingly. Thank you in advance for your patience — this system keeps the Museum comfortable, safe, and easy to enjoy. CAN’T MAKE IT IN PERSON? Phase 1 offered a preview of the property; Phase 2 now completes the experience.
