The unit is located in Highland, NY.Payment is due by Tuesday, January 7 at 1PM.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup must be completed by Sunday, January 12 at 5PM. Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the units or on the storage facility property & have the units broom swept clean by Sunday, January 12 at 5PM. Anything left in the units after Sunday, January 12 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any units not 100% completely cleaned out the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $150. There is no dumpster on the property. The storage facility closes at 10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders.
