How can it be the end of another year, y’all??? It has absolutely flown past !Well, that being said, this IS the last sale of the year. And, that means, not only is it a pretty cool sale, BUT, we’ll be serving homemade wassail, coffee, and cookies, to our shoppers !!! The sale will be Friday, December 20th, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., Saturday, the 21st, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., and SUNDAY, the 22nd, 10:00-2:00 ! The sale will be held at 204 Caladium, in Lake Jackson. The sign-up sheet will be out around 8:00 Friday morning. At around 8:45, we will begin calling in the names on the list. Please park carefully, and do NOT impede traffic,(Friday is trash day in this area, so the garbage scow will need to be able to squeeze through). Leave your cranky pants somewhere else, please. There’s an area of flagstones near the front door area, some of them are a little wonky, so watch your step. There are also stairs, going up to the master suite, if you cannot safely navigate stairs, then, stay off the stairs !!! We do collect sales tax. We accept credit cards and cash. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS, PLEASE. Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, haulers, nor pack mules. You’ll be responsible for getting your large purchases out. No large handbags, purses, strollers, backpacks, etc., will be allowed in the sale areas.
