Clear see-through bags will be permitted.** **BRING HELP. ** HTG DOES NOT MOVE FURNITURE. Please bring help when purchasing large items. BRING YOUR OWN PACKING SUPPLIES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns, exchanges or refunds. No exceptions. HTG accepts cash, local checks with ID and credit cards with a 3% fee. PARKING-Driveway is for loading big items only. We expect customers to be courteous of neighbors. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBOR’S DRIVEWAYS AND MAILBOXES. PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE YOU ARE PARKING. Before purchasing, INSPECT YOUR ITEMS thoroughly and/or plug in to check if working. All items are sold “AS IS” condition. Sign up sheet will be available at 7:45 am morning of sale day. You will enter according to our sheet only. Make sure you are back at the house by 8:45, if you are not in line by that time, you will forfeit your spot.
