Owned by two creative people who downsized and moved near family, you will find colorful paintings and musical instruments. They furnished their home with lovely mission style and leather furniture. Don't miss the butcher block in the kitchen and the many many lots of fun jewelry. Please enjoy bidding on these items to help the family empty the home to sell. Items start closing on Sunday, November 24th. Just before the Thanksgiving holidays! Preview: By appointment only Friday, November 22nd from 9am-12pm. Please call 828-338-8448 or email auctions@sterlingtransitions.com for an appointment time 24 hours prior to the preview date. We can not always accommodate last minute preview appointment requests. Online Bidding: Bids are accepted online starting at 6am on Thursday, November 21st. Lots will close every minute starting with Lot 1 at 5pm on Sunday, November 24th. Winner Pick Up: One day pick up in Black Mountain, NC by appointment on Tuesday, November 26th from 10am to 5:30pm. If you have a large item to pick up, you must bring help to load it in your car or ask us for a list of movers for hire prior to pick up!Read terms and conditions prior to bidding!
