This sale features tons of tools, including some Mac, SnapOn, motorcycle stuff, Harley, a lathe, whole house generator, toolboxes and so much more. Bidding Takes place on our website: https://www.bidbountyauctions.com In order to bid on items you must have a Bid Bounty Auctions account. You will need a valid email address & Phone number. A valid credit card is required before you place a bid. Bidding Starts: January 16th, 2024, at 8:00 PM Bidding Ends: January 23th, 2025, beginning at 8:00 PM with 1 minute intervals Buyers Premium and Sales Tax Our auction events include a 15% Buyer’s Premium. This premium is added to your total at checkout. For instance, if you secure an auction item at $100, your total cost will be $100 plus a $15 Buyer’s Premium, culminating in a final price of $115. Additionally, a 7.75% California Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases. For those wishing to claim a sale or use tax exemption, a fully executed, valid, and complete resale certificate must be provided before your purchase. Purchases made prior to your exemption received and validated will not be exempt. Soft Close If a bid is placed on an item that is about to close, the closing time will be extended by 5 minutes in order to prevent sniping. Payment Once the auction ends, the winning bidder will have to pay their invoice manually through the “My Account” section of the website. Items not paid for within 3 days of the auction ending will be considered abandoned. If payment is unsettled after 3 days, all lots will be resold, and bidding privileges will be revoked. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and Zelle. Pick up Pick-up times, dates and location are listed on the details page of each online auction. Make sure to print your receipt for us to pull your items. Please be aware we have a strict pick-up policy. All items must be picked up within the pick up time described at the auction closing. Any items not picked up within the pick up period will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded. All winning bidders must pick up their items from the specified pick-up location. It is mandatory for all bidders to take all boxes/items in purchased lots upon item collection. Failure to comply will result in account suspension. Please come with adequate assistance for loading heavy items, as there will not be loading assistance. You will also need to bring a copy of your paid invoice to pick up items.
