Description:

Farmer Auctions would love to offer you the opportunity to step back in time to experience the Antique collection of Regina and Steve Vassar. Steve and Gina were both born of families with deep roots to the areas of Bedford, Roanoke and Buchanan. Once together, Steve and Gina opened a booth at the old Happy's Flea Market building in Roanoke VA. They named it This and That Antiques. When the booth closed, they continued to build their personal collection in their historic 1880s home in Elliston. They spent their time outside of collecting taking care of numerous farm animals. While family was often invited into the home, perhaps no one knew just how incredible this collection is until now! While every piece is fantastic we would like to draw your attention to some items that stand out including Collections of Gold Coins $2.50, $5, $10, $20 Pieces, 14Kt Gold & Sterling Jewelry, Tobacco Tins, Rare Old Mill Cigarettes Advertisement. Local Roanoke, Botetourt & Lakeside Memorabilia, Political Memorabilia, Pins, Books and Ephemera, Masonic Items, Daum Nancy Cameo Vase, Antique Regina Music Box, Early American Pattern Glass, Antique Bisque Dolls, Primitive Antique Furniture, Variety of Early American & Victorian Furniture, Advertising, Aluminum Christmas Tree, Christmas Memorabilia, Seasonal Blow Molds, Ceramic Christmas Trees, Christopher Radko Blown Glass Ornaments, Thomas Edison Phonograph, Antique Telephone Booth, Fabulous 1920s Evening Gowns & Mourning Dress, Pair of Antique Brass Eagle Lanterns, Antique Mannequins, Antique Cast Iron Gate & Hitching Post, Civil War Era Hunting Pouch, Collection of Antique Clocks including Ithaca Calendar Clock, Political & Figural Clocks, Triple Decker Pillar & Scroll Mantle Clocks & much much more!
