Contents include: Jewelry, Safe, Knife Collection, Arcade Games, Lounge Bar Tables, TV's, Boxes, Totes plus much more The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. Authenticity is not checked nor guaranteed on any & all items. The high bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, April 20th at 5PM. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, April 20th at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the above stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $300. Storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The keys to the units & the gate access codes must be picked up by Friday, April 18 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.
