Pick-Up Requirements: Winning bidders must bring their own manpower, tools, and packing supplies to remove items.For larger items, please ensure adequate help is arranged, as items must be removed without property dumping.Any property damage caused during pick-up is the buyer's responsibility.The estate company and property owner are not responsible for accidents or injuries during pick-up.Staff may be available to assist with lifting or loading items, but tips for their assistance are required. Items are considered abandoned when not picked up during the posted pick-up window or after 7 days of non-payment after shipping payment is requested.
