Pick-Up Requirements Winning bidders must bring their own manpower, tools, and packing supplies to remove items.For larger items, please ensure adequate help is arranged, as items must be removed without property dumping.Any property damage caused during pick-up is the buyer's responsibility.The estate company and property owner are not responsible for accidents or injuries during pick-up.Staff may be available to assist with lifting or loading items, but tips for their assistance are required.Items are considered abandoned when not pick-up up during the posted pick up window or after 7 days if shipping is requested. Shipping must be requested before posted pick up time. Payment and Fees Cards on file with HiBid will be charged immediately after the auction closes.Ensure your payment information is current to avoid a $5 service fee for failed transactions.Abandonment Policy: Unclaimed items will incur a $25 abandonment fee per lot.
