Giny was born in Berlin, Germany during World War II and spent much of her early life there before moving to the United States. Through out her adult life, she lived across Europe in countries like Italy, Turkey, and Germany, embracing her love for the arts along the way. A talented and well-known artist, Giny often traded her artwork with other artists or geologists in exchange for artifacts she admired. Her global travels allowed her to collect unique treasures, each with its own fascinating story, making her home a reflection of the many places and cultures she cherished. At this Estate Sale, due to limited parking and sale is on a dead-end street, we are opening up this sale to the public, Wednesday, Thursday by appointment Only! Antique Moroccan Coffee Grinder, A very old coffee grinder that was also used as a drum. Purchased in Turkey. Roman Seal Artifact, A Roman artifact given to Giny by an archaeologist who found it at a dig site in Turkey. It’s known to have been used by the Romans as a stamp. Solid Bronze Figurines from Berlin, Germany- Bronze figures given to Giny’s parents by a Jewish businessman fleeing Nazi Germany, who was later sent to Auschwitz-unfortunately, he and his family were never heard from again. Antique Turkish Samovar from Istanbul- A Turkish tea brewer over 100 years old.
