Description:
My grandmother recently passed away and she was a very eclectic, creative and artistic woman. She purchased the property to turn it into a bed and breakfast after moving from Fenton MI moving from the Fenton Seminary out West, ending up in Lakeview OR.She had been teaching piano for many years and is very musically inclined. There are 2 baby grand pianos in the living room and an assortment of other musical instruments, along with speakers, amplifiersand microphones, sheet music, just to name a few. There is very antique and modernfurniture throughout the 4 units on the property. There is a garage full of tools, antique doors and windows that have actually travelled across the country from Fenton Michigan, doors and windows from the actual Fenton seminary as well. A lot of history to be seen. There is an assortment of yard tools, shovels, hedge trimmers, post hole diggers, etc. And sewing machines, sewing cabinets, a wide variety of fabrics, and all sorts of tools for sewing and knitting and crocheting. There are also 2 claw foot bathtubs available, but those will have to be moved yourself, I am unable to assist with that. There is plenty of gardening accessories as well, everything from pots and planters to a full grow room, lights and fans, filters and humidifiers and everything in between. She had quite the plant collection for many years, growing mmj. There is also lots and lots of very nice clothing, shoes, purses, most of which have only been tried on or very lightly used. There is also a vast array of art supplies, stationary, paints, pens, markers, canvases, brushes, and a lot more different types of things as well. She also has several appliances, 4 stoves, 2 refrigerators, a washer and dryer, several space heaters, things like that.Everything is for sale since I am from Michigan and have to get back home soon. Everything must go, I can work with all budgets, anything leftover will be donated at the end. The sale will be every dayfrom 1/29/25-2/9/25.
