Women’s clothing [150+ pieces in great condition] is mostly size XL with a few XXL. Brands include: Eileen Fisher, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Karen Kane, Possibilities, Talbots, Calvin Klein, Nordstroms, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Chico’s, Flax, J. Jill, Gap, Belk and More. Women’s shoes are size 9.

Men’s clothing is size XL with size 9 shoes.

Notes: This sale is part of the Encore @ Chatham Park Community Garage Sale with 33+ houses participating. Our HOA won’t allow directional signs to be placed in the neighborhood so look for balloons and household signs to find all the community treasures!

Encore is located about one [1] mile from the Rt. 64 - Rt. 15/501 interchange. We are across from Northwood High School off Russet Run; behind Mosaic and the UNC Medical Building.
