Please join us for our community yard sale! The neighborhood is coming together on Saturday, May 11, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to offer a wide range of items: Jewelry, furniture, clothing, DVDs, household items, toys, books, tools, and many more items. We’re in Matthews, between Matthews Township Road (RT 51) and Matthews-Mint Hill Road. It is close to Butler High School. We even have an estate sale at one of the locations. We have many participating, please see the map of locations!

The streets are narrow in our community, so we are asking you to only park on one side of the street. Please do not block driveways or park on the grass.
