Welcome back to Sterling Transitions Auctions! It's been a wild month but we hope that everyone is on the road to recovery. We decided the best way to return is to host our first auction with a portion of Sterling Transitions’sproceedsoffering financial assistance to helpwith the recovery efforts in WesternNorth Carolina after the devastating floods from Hurricane Helene. Our donated proceeds will be going to theCraigtown Survivors of the Garren Creek Community. This community is where our last auction was located that we have had to pause due to inaccessibility to the home. We hope you can feel good purchasing items that will help our client with their estate, helps keepour staff working and gives back tothe community. This lovelyWolf Laurel Estate is in a beautiful mountain setting and has lovely classic items that make it quite the grand estate. Lots of wooden furniture in this one that includes bedroom, dining, and living room furniture as well as handmade shelves and storage. You will also find a collection of ceramic jugs, some dolls, some antique tools and more. The road to the house winds up Wolf Laurel Community and down a gravel road to the home.The road is clear of debris and is intact and safe for driving. There is a turn around once you are at the home.There are several levels at this home so if you have furniture, be sure to bring help to load it!
