The basement showcases the fabulous historic collection of culinary historian Lou Greenstein and has 1800s through mid-1900s along with newer culinary collectibles. Every kitchen gadget from the past you can imagine, cast iron meat grinders, mixers, choppers, and on and on - some of these items are still in their original box. We have quite a few boxes filled with Ephemera that include restaurant & kitchen memorabilia, an entire wall of vintage cookbooks, antique books (not related to culinary), vintage cooking magazines, professional chef educational books, vintage recipe books and cards, framed early 1900s culinary wall decor and more.
