Lake Bernadette is having their Community Wide Yard Sales this Saturday, October 19, 2024.

I have a friend who works for a high-end estate sale business. Most of the clothing items come from her. This year we have over 100 items of clothing that still have the tags on them. They are all $3.00, it doesn't matter what brand (and there are some really nice items) they are all $3.00.

NO WAL-MART - TARGET - KOHLS - OR JCPENNY CLOTHING, all name brands.
ALL THE CLOTHING IS CLEAN - WE DON'T SMOKE OR HAVE PETS.

I have over 20 bins of high end men's and women's clothing. The sizes are from XS to 4X. They are all sorted by size. They are all $2.00 each. This is a partial list of some of the brands:

Nike Golf, Tommy Bahama, Ralph Lauren, Psycho Bunny, Armani, LL Bean, Under Armour, Patagonia, Chicos, J Jill, Torrid, Disney Parks, Nike, Victoria's Secret, Lucky Brand, Ariat, Brooks Brothers, North Face and more.

NFL, MLB, NCAA, Florida State, Florida, Georgia items & jerseys, all officially licensed. $2.00 each

Do you need fishing shirts? There are tons! Men's and Women's, Columbia, Under Armour, LL Bean, Reel Legends, Huk, Habit, and Hook & Tackle. $2.00 each

There is an entire table of Harley Davidson branded clothing, some of it is vintage, $3.00 each.

****I have several authentic Louis Vuitton purses. We are asking $400 - $500 apiece depending on the purse. Before you shake your head and say "They are nuts!" these purses are all currently at Dillard's starting at $1250 and going up to $1950. These will be cash only, and no bills higher than a $20.****

I have makeup and vintage perfumes, including Fendi and Chanel. These will be individually priced.
