ESTATE SALE in Kingsville runs Thursday, October 17, from 3-6 pm with a sign up sheet to manage opening hour traffic going out at 2 Friday, October 18, from 10-2 Saturday, October 19, from 9-1 Parking…This is yard parking. There is a road just up the street, too. We do not encourage parking there, but if you choose to do so, use caution walking along Mt Vista! What’s there? Home is LOADED with tools, gorgeous furniture, holiday/Christmas, decanters, Lionel trains, electronics, two kitchens worth of kitchen items, retro finds, futon, books, display cabinet, folding chairs, coolers, canopy/tent, multiple sofa and loveseat combinations, king bed, queen bed, dressers/chests of drawers, dining room table with chairs and bench, server, display cabinets, clown collection, so much barware, Sony speakers, wine racks, cameras, clown outfits, Santa and Mrs Claus outfits, outdoor finds, grill, scooter, some men’s clothing, linens, art, and more! Cash, please. Checks are accepted by folks who we have done business with in the past who frequent our sales. Please remember we do not give prices anywhere other than at the home during sale hours. This is a traditional on- premises estate sale. No holds, first come. No refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges so please inspect before buying. You are entering at your own risk.
